The project is carried out in partnership with Cummins Generator Technologies Romania with the support of GlobalGiving
This project aims to develop attitudes and skills that can change the mentality of rural women and awaken the entrepreneurial spirit using the resources at hand through cultivating the land.
At least 15 women will regularly participate in the following activities:
- Basic information on setting up a lavender farm
- Land preparation and planting of 800 lavender cuttings in the yard of Adina Home
- Valorization of the lavender culture by making and selling hand-made products.
The skills acquired during the project will inspire women to either find a job or start a local business.
We thus hope to motivate each of them to become the best version of themselves, using their potential, setting their own goals and building a different future.
