The strategic coordination of the foundation is carried out through the Board of Directors and the Advisory Board, whose members are people with notable expertise in their fields, all having voluntary participation.

The role of the councils is to guide the foundation’s management team strategy and management wise and also to contribute to the financing of projects through specific approaches and control over allocated resources.
