A Backpack of Gratitude
We know we’re still in the summer holidays, but we thought it best not to be caught unprepared for the start of the school year 😊.
So, Adina Foundation is renewing its commitment to support education by launching the third edition of the “A Backpack of Gratitude – Back to School” campaign. We aim to collect at least 100 backpacks equipped with school supplies, intended for our beneficiaries – the children enrolled in the Afterschool and Adina Home Programs.
Why a backpack of gratitude? Every year, through this campaign, we aim to provide children with the necessary tools to start the new school year on the right foot. A fully equipped backpack is not just practical help, but also a strong message of encouragement for each child, reminding them that they are supported by a community that believes in their potential.
How does the campaign work? To ensure uniformity and equity, we have compiled a list of the necessary school supplies. Each equipped backpack will contain the same items, the essentials needed by a student at the beginning of a school year, and the cost is estimated between 250-300 lei. This approach helps us ensure that each child has all the school supplies they need to excel in school.

Donating the necessary amount: If your time is limited, you can make a donation, and we will purchase the backpacks on your behalf.
